We are the only laundry service in Cancun that provide delivery to all hotels in Cancun Hotel Zone. All hotels charge per piece, so if you stained a shirt that you need for Coco Bongo plus all your daily laundry, it will most likely be cheaper to buy new clothes than to wash your clothes in the hotel. We provide a quick, cost effective, comfortable way for you to wash your clothes in Cancun.

2. We will provide a time estimation to pickup your clothes.

3. On pickup time, we will text you once our staff member is in the lobby.

4. We will wash and take care of your clothes. We have Express (same day delivery) or Normal (maximum 48 hrs delivery), choose what best fits.

5. Once your clothes are ready, we will let you know and setup a time that fits you.

6. We will text you once our staff member is in the lobby, deliver your clothes and charge.

Payment is made once we deliver your clothes.

Can you not machine dry my clothes?

Of course! Just let us know. Please note that in Express services, we might take a little bit more time. 

Do you mix clothes from other customers?

We do not, and since we are eco-friendly, we use biodegradable products and machines that save water.

Do you separate colors from whites?

Oh yeah! We would never make your whites pink.

I'm allergic to some detergents, can you use something different for me?

We have a neutral-baby detergent that should work. If you need something special, please let us know.

Do you use fabric softner?

We do! you clothes will be nice and soft. If you prefer we don't, just let us know.
